RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY:

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase(s) we will offer you a full refund*. All products must be returned/exchanged within 14 days of purchase and needs to be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, in the original packaging, and with their original labels and tags intact). 

Return postage can only be paid by Creature Craft Co. on returns/exchanges that result from Creature Craft Co.’s mistakes in the fulfillment of the order.

Creature Craft Co. reserves the right to refuse requests that do not meet these requirements.

Returned orders and items that received free shipping will receive a refund minus the shipping fee. 

We aim to have your refund processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned goods.

Due to hygienic concerns, EARRINGS can't be exchanged/refunded.

*SALE ITEMS do not qualify for a cash refund. Flash-sale items and all other discounted price items will be offered an exchange or store credit. ONLY full-price items qualify for a cash refund. All store credit does not have an expiration date.

**The 14 DAYS are computed starting at the 1st day of deliveryAll products sent back post the 14 day period will not be accepted and remains the sole responsibility of the customer.

Send your item(s) back to Creature Craft Co. with a secure delivery service. Creature Craft Co. cannot accept responsibility for any items that are not received. We recommend you obtain proof of delivery.

Internationally shipped items could be subject to custom charges. The buyer is responsible for such costsCreature Craft Co. only refunds the purchase price of the item to the buyer once it's received.

If you are returning an item from overseasplease mark the shipping container clearly on the outside with 'USA RETURNED GOODS'.

We also reserve the right to refuse a refund for items that are not in a re-saleable condition.

ALL EXCHANGES assume the same terms stated above, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. The easiest way to exchange an item is by 1. Returning the unwanted item for a store-credit/refund and then 2.Re-purchasing the new item from the site through a new transaction.

We do not re-send the exchanged item(s) for free.

Creature Craft Co. does not accept any returns on hygienic products.
